Yin & Restorative Yoga


I offer a mix of Yin and Restorative classes, as well as Yin-specific classes, with a focus on maximising comfort and safety to enable people to support their bodies in the best ways possible.

Ashtanga Yoga


I offer an exploration of the Ashtanga practice to help practitioners discover ways to do postures of the primary series that fit within the conditions of their specific bodies. The aim is for people to be able to do the Primary Series no matter their circumstances and to meet people where they are.

Integrative Yoga


I invite practitioners to explore flows driven by movements built into the body by design, aiming for postures to be imbued with lightness. This combination of Hatha and Vinyasa style of practice asks the inner to meet the outer through greater focus on movement, breath work and meditation.

Non-Tactile Teaching Method


It is my policy not to offer hands-on adjustments during classes. I do not touch and do not wish to be touched, as part of ensuring a safe environment for those who have experienced trauma of any kind. I will do my best to offer verbal adjustments in addition to making sure practitioners feel supported in the postures taken. Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you would like to know more about the way I teach.
